Send invoices to your accountant: PDFs and tax files in one link
Your accountant asks for the invoices and Gmail or certified mail bounce the attachment. Upload PDFs, XML and tax forms here and send a link: it arrives, it is light, and it expires when you choose.
PDFs, e-invoice XML and tax forms in one send
The link gets through when the attachment does not
Password and expiry, data in the EU
No split ZIP across three emails and no endless Drive folder. One transfer, one expiry, optional password. They download in the browser, no account.
One pack a month instead of ten split emails: PDFs + XML + forms together.
Filing deadlines
A timed link until the useful date. Then it expires—this is not a tax archive.
Tight mailboxes
Put the link in the message (a few KB). Heavy files stay on the transfer.
Sensitive data
Password on download, shared on another channel. EU servers.
The flow in three steps
From the monthly pack to the practice download—without splitting archives.
Concrete example: monthly pack
~40–80 files · one link · 7-day expiry
At month end you gather issued/received invoice PDFs, e-invoice XML and a couple of tax forms. Email attachments blow past 25 MB; certified mail rejects the pack. You upload everything in one transfer, set expiry until filing day, and optionally share a password separately. The practice opens the link and downloads the full pack when they prepare the return—no account, no forever Drive.
How to send invoices to your accountant
Gather the files (invoice PDFs, e-invoice XML, tax forms, statements).
Upload them from the form on this page; several documents in one transfer is fine.
Enter the practice email or generate a link-only transfer to paste in mail or chat.
Set expiry (until the filing date, not forever) and an optional password sent separately.
Why email is not enough
A month of illustrated invoices or XML plus attachments often exceeds Gmail’s 25 MB. Certified mail is tighter. Splitting archives loses pieces at deadline. The link weighs a few KB; the practice downloads the whole pack when they need it.
What you can include
Issued and received invoice PDFs, including monthly batches.
E-invoice XML and conservation files.
Tax forms, certificates and correspondence with the tax office.
Bank statements or photographed receipts, if the practice accepts them that way.
Privacy and deadlines
Files sit on EU servers, HTTPS and encryption at rest. This is delivery, not a tax archive. When they have downloaded, expiry closes the link. For sensitive data, use a password and do not put it in the same email as the URL.
Frequently asked questions
Must the accountant register?
No. They open the link in a browser and download.
Can I send XML and PDF together?
Yes. Upload several files in the same transfer.
Does it work with certified mail (PEC)?
PEC attachments are tight; a message with the link (or a plain-text paste) gets through. If a filter is harsh, send the URL in chat too.
How long do files stay?
Until the expiry you set (7 days on free plans). Do not use mandalo.it as long-term tax storage.
How much can I upload without an account?
Guest: 2 sends per day, up to 10 GB, 1 recipient. Free: 50 GB per send, 100 GB and 30 transfers per month. Pro: up to 100 GB per send.
