    The practical flow

    1. Upload files in the form on this page.
    2. Enter one or more recipient addresses (up to your plan limit).
    3. Optional: password and expiry.
    4. Send. They get a message with the URL; the files stay on the transfer, not in the mailbox.

    Gmail 25 MB and “attachment too large”

    Gmail blocks attachments above 25 MB. Outlook and Microsoft 365 are in the same range (often 20–25 MB; a company tenant may allow more, but a Gmail recipient still bounces). Italian PEC limits are often tight. If you already saw “the message size exceeds the limit”, a link is the fix: the email weighs a few kilobytes.

    When link-only is better

    Tickets, WhatsApp, CRMs, PEC that dislike HTML. Create a link-only transfer and paste it. Also useful when you do not want your sender address in the thread.

    Does the file travel as an attachment?

    No. The email contains the download link. Files stay on the transfer until expiry.

    Can I write the email myself?

    Yes: use link-only and compose from your own client. Automatic notification is the shortcut.

    Does it work with Gmail, Outlook, PEC?

    Anyone with the URL can download in a browser. Aggressive PEC filters may prefer a plain-text link or a second channel.
