    How to send invoices to your accountant

    1. Gather the files (invoice PDFs, e-invoice XML, tax forms, statements).
    2. Upload them from the form on this page; several documents in one transfer is fine.
    3. Enter the practice email or generate a link-only transfer to paste in mail or chat.
    4. Set expiry (until the filing date, not forever) and an optional password sent separately.

    Why email is not enough

    A month of illustrated invoices or XML plus attachments often exceeds Gmail’s 25 MB. Certified mail is tighter. Splitting archives loses pieces at deadline. The link weighs a few KB; the practice downloads the whole pack when they need it.

    • Issued and received invoice PDFs, including monthly batches.
    • E-invoice XML and conservation files.
    • Tax forms, certificates and correspondence with the tax office.
    • Bank statements or photographed receipts, if the practice accepts them that way.

    Privacy and deadlines

    Files sit on EU servers, HTTPS and encryption at rest. This is delivery, not a tax archive. When they have downloaded, expiry closes the link. For sensitive data, use a password and do not put it in the same email as the URL.

    Does it work with certified mail (PEC)?

    PEC attachments are tight; a message with the link (or a plain-text paste) gets through. If a filter is harsh, send the URL in chat too.

    How long do files stay?

    Until the expiry you set (7 days on free plans). Do not use mandalo.it as long-term tax storage.
