    After a wedding you export about 200 full-size JPEGs. Instead of making the client download everything, you create a Studio gallery (Pro): they see watermarked previews, pick prints, and you deliver only the chosen files at full resolution via a secure link.     How to deliver a shoot

    1. Drop the export folder (or the files) into the form on this page.
    2. Do not downsize them “so they fit”: the cap is not Gmail’s or WhatsApp’s.
    3. Email the client or paste the link in WhatsApp, Telegram or mail.
    4. If the work is private, turn on a password and share it on another channel.

    Photographer Studio (Pro): selection, not a dump

    When the client must pick prints, they do not need to download 200 files. In Studio you upload HR, mandalo.it builds watermarked previews, the client selects, you deliver only the picks without watermark. Separate from the “whole shoot in one link” transfer.

    Why chat and email ruin the work

    WhatsApp and Messenger crush JPEGs. Email attachments stop at 20–25 MB: thirty 8 MP photos bounce. A link transfer does not touch the pixels: they download the same file you uploaded. Useful for weddings, still life, editorial, real estate and press delivery.

    RAW, video, QR and plans

    RAWs are heavy. If you also send 4K clips, look at Pro (up to 100 GB per send). Pro also includes Studio and in-store QR. For everyday full-size JPEGs, Guest or Free is often enough (Guest: 1 send/day, up to 2 GB).

    Does mandalo.it compress the photos?

    No. We keep the files you upload. This is not a social “optimizer”.

    Must the client register to download?

    No. They open the link in a browser and download.

    What is Photographer Studio?

    A Pro feature: selection gallery with watermarked previews, client picks, and HR delivery only for selected photos.

    Can I send RAW and video together with JPEGs?

    Yes, in the same folder or transfer. Very large sends are a Pro job (up to 100 GB).

    What is the QR for?

    With Pro you generate a QR (e.g. in-store): clients upload photos by scanning the code, without swapping emails.

    Where do files live?

    Italian service (FR Italy, Cuneo), EU infrastructure, HTTPS and encryption at rest.
