    How to send a folder

    1. Use Add files / folders in the form on this page, or drag the directory in.
    2. Review the list; remove stray files before you start.
    3. Choose email recipients or link-only.
    4. Set expiry and upload. Progress stays visible until it finishes.

    Folder or ZIP?

    Zipping is optional. A single ZIP is kinder to less technical recipients; a folder is better if they only need some files. Either way the cap is your mandalo.it quota, not Gmail’s ~25 MB attachment rule.

    • Agency: a “client_delivery” folder with PDF, INDD and font notes.
    • Surveyor: site photos, drawings and a bill of quantities.
    • Consultant: a document pack (or send a file-request link the other way).

    Compared with sending “via email”

    Total size and plan quota matter more than “lots of small files”.

    Does it work on a phone?

    Yes in the browser. On mobile, zipping first is sometimes easier; on a computer, drag-and-drop of the folder is fastest.
